James Gregory Vaughan, Jr. (born June 15, 1973) is an American actor and former fashion model, known for his role in the soap opera The Young and the Restless (2002-03), General Hospital i> (2003-09), and Days of Our Lives (2012-Now). Vaughan also starred as Dan Gordon in the second season of the supernatural series Charmed (1999-2000). In 2016, Vaughan began starring in the drama series Oprah Winfrey Network Queen Sugar as Detective Calvin.

Careers
Actors and former menswear models have starred in soap operas such as The Young and the Restless and General Hospital . For now, his most famous role is Lucky Spencer's last, which he played from 2003 to 2009.
At the age of 16, while she was cutting her hair, she learned about modeling competition "Back to School", and sent some photos. He was selected as a finalist but did not win. However, the winners encouraged Vaughan to pursue modeling, and Vaughan signed up with the model agency.

In July 2013, Vaughan appeared in "Second Chances", Hallmark Original Movie, along with Days co-star Alison Sweeney. The film was filmed before Sweeney and Vaughn became brothers on Days of Our Lives.

Personal life
Vaughan was born in Dallas, Texas to James Gregory Vaughan, Sr. and Barbara Ann Alt, and grew up in Mesquite, Texas. His grandparents are also a big part of his life, and live in the small town of Fredericksburg, Texas, outside San Antonio. He spent the summer in the country and worked at his grandparents' restaurant table.
Vaughan married Dutch model and actress Touriya Haoud on June 4, 2006. The couple has three sons: Jathan James (born May 4, 2007), Cavan Thomas (born January 19, 2010), and Landan Reid (born March 6, 2012).
On April 14, 2014, Vaughan and Haoud announced that they would be separated after marriage for 8 years, and then divorced.
